If you are not happy with your tattoo, please contact us within 7 days of your session, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns. For custom tattoos, the design process is agreed upon in advance, and we do not offer refunds after the design has been finalized. Touch-ups are available within 30 days for minor adjustments, free of charge. For cancellations, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
